How long does approval take?

Can I update my listing later?

Yes. Send the updated business details, contact information, photo, or description. Updates may be reviewed before going live.

Are payments refundable?

Listing, event promotion, and banner ad payments may be non-refundable after the work is prepared or published. Website deposits may be non-refundable after planning or setup starts.

How do banner ads work?

A banner ad is a monthly advertising placement. It can include a business logo or promotional image and a clickable link to your website, Facebook page, phone number, or booking page.

What is a website deposit?

A website deposit starts the project and is applied toward the final website price. It covers planning, domain/setup guidance, page planning, and project preparation.
