Refunds, deposits, and paid promotions.
This policy explains how refunds may work for listings, event promotion, banner ads, website deposits, and custom packages.
Effective date: June 27, 2026. This is a general policy and should be reviewed by a legal professional if you need formal legal protection.
General rule
Payments may become non-refundable once work has started, a listing has been prepared, an ad has been designed or placed, an event promotion has been created, or a website project has begun.
Business and service listings
- Listing payments may be non-refundable after the listing is prepared, reviewed, or published.
- If incorrect information is provided by the customer, updates may be requested but refunds are not guaranteed.
Event promotion
- Event promotion payments may be non-refundable after the event post, flyer support, or promotional listing has been prepared or published.
- USA Filipino does not guarantee attendance, ticket sales, entries, or event turnout.
Banner ads
- Banner ad payments may be non-refundable after placement begins or the banner is prepared.
- Ad placement dates and visibility may depend on available website space and approval.
Website deposits
- Website deposits are applied toward the final website project price.
- Deposits may be non-refundable once planning, setup guidance, design direction, domain help, page planning, or project work has started.
- Remaining balance may be required before final launch, transfer, or publishing.
Custom packages
Custom package refund rules depend on the work requested, work already completed, and any special agreement made before the project starts.
Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, processing time may depend on Stripe, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
